The idea
The problem is, it can be expensive and inconvenient to book appointments. Sometimes you just want a decent backrub to release some tension from your muscles or calm frayed nerves.
At The Rub you can simply pop in to our lovely shop and have an effective 10, 20, 30 or 40 minute backrub with no appointment required. We aim to provide a service which is Affordable, Convenient, and Effective.

The routine uses a very effective series of movements, designed to release tension in the upper back, neck and shoulders — where we all need it most!
All of our practitioners are fully professionally qualified and insured. Most people will really benefit from a regular backrub — pop in and find out!
Our shop at 15 Pottergate is open Monday to Saturday, 10am–6pm and Sunday, 11am–4pm. Come down for a relaxing Sunday backrub and start the week refreshed and energised!

The backrub service is suitable for a very wide range of people and age groups. We have happily given backrubs to young children and people advanced in years.
