We offer weekend courses in Chair Massage Training. Two courses are available, one for Qualified Practitioners, and one for members of the general public.

Qualified Practitioner Courses are designed for previously qualified practitioners who wish to learn Seated Chair Massage as an additional skill, and as an additional means of earning income.

Classes are limited to 8 people, ensuring a good level of supervision. Your trainer has many years experience of giving, receiving, and training others in Chair Massage techniques.

The routine you will learn is tried and tested, and results in a dynamic, vigorous and effective Backrub which powerfully releases tension in the upper back, neck and shoulders.

These courses are designed for people who are interested in massage and would like to know how to give a decent Backrub to their friends and family.

No prior experience or knowledge of massage is required, and a variety of techniques are taught so that you will finish the course with sufficient skills to give an effective fully clothed Backrub without placing your back or wrists under undue pressure.

Each course takes place over a full weekend and costs £100 for the weekend.

Following the course, practise sessions are advised, after which optional 2 hour assessments are available at an additional cost of £25.

Successful practitioners / attendee’s will receive a Certificate of Competence or Excellence.
