Just discovered The Rub,what a fantastic place. Even in ten minutes the release of tension in my shoulders was amazing. I'll be making regular visits.

Popped in today with a friend, we both had a 10 minute Rub with Marija, it was great, lovely firm pressure, relaxing and energising,very professional, the room itself has a nice vibe, overlooking Pottergate, next time I will go for a 30min rub, Thanks Marija : )

My first ever back rub/massage, as I seemed to have pulled a muscle over my left shoulder blade while carrying a bag that was far too heavy. Really great service that made me feel very welcomed and comfortable. It was discovered that my lower back is extremely tender and could barely be touched without sending every muscle spasming - so I was advised to potentially see an osteopath/physiotherapist.

My sore shoulder vanished after the twenty minutes and although it's sent up a few twinges since it's completely different and has really made me so much happier. Potentially an expensive habit to get into, but certainly worth it!

I had my first walk in back rub today as I have been having issues with my neck and left shoulder. The woman (I didn't catch her name) took the time to find all the problem areas in my back, neck and shoulders and worked her magic! I will definitely be recommending to friends and family and will be making this a monthly treat from now on. Thank you for such an amazing service

Just had my fifth back rub here and it's been excellent every time. I have chronically stiff and painful shoulders and each massage dramatically reduces the stiffness. Friendly and professional service too. Highly recommend.

I visited last Saturday and was beginning to get a migraine migraine headache so was in a bit of a panic! I saw Layla who gave me a massage which really kept my headache at bay. She was so reassuring and really got to the stress areas in my neck and arms. I usually have a migraine for 3 days but gradually the symptoms went and the next day it had gone. I will return for another massage from Layla, many thanks :0)

I went to The Rub Saturday morning with a painful knotted back and trapped nerve. I had the 30min massage and I have to say it has really helped. The pain and discomfort have been greatly reduced. The ladies were friendly and professional and I would visit again.
